Malica Armand doesn't come from just one world — and that's exactly what makes her approach work. Over a 20+ year career, she has held senior roles at major financial institutions in enterprise systems, quality assurance, and project management. Then she brought all of it into the classroom.
Since 2015, Malica has served as a Technology Educator at Boston Public Schools, building a media studio from the ground up, designing college-articulated CTE curricula, and supporting English Language Learners through culturally responsive pedagogy.
Her S.A.L.T.A.R.™ methodology was forged at the intersection of enterprise systems and human learning — two environments that rarely speak the same language. She has spent two decades building that bridge.
